University Hospital Waterford made over €1.15m from car parking charges last year.
According to the Irish Independent, the HSE collected almost €12m from hospital car parks across the country in 2019.
UHW was the third top earner in the country - Cork University Hospital made the most, with University Hospital Galway in second place.
Parking fees at Dublin hospitals were the highest, with the Mater charging €15 per day.

University Hospital Waterford charges €8 per day.
Only nine hospitals in the country provide car parking for free.
