Thieves stealing catalytic converters out of older Toyotas in Waterford

Gardai in Waterford are warning the owners of older Toyota cars to be on the lookout for thieves who are stealing car parts.

They are targetting catalytic converters from Yaris models.

Over the last few days, a number have been stolen from the Summerhill and Dominics Place areas.

In the last two months converters have been taken from cars in various areas throughout the City.
