Proving themselves as 'the little shop that could,' The Lady's Slip in Tramore has claimed the title of Marketing Excellence at last night's Waterford Business Awards.
Now in its 9th year, the awards celebrate the best in Waterford business.
Haleon in Dungarvan also came away with two significant awards last night at the Waterford Business Awards.
They won the title Business of the Year Over 100 employees and later in the evening, they won Overall Business of the Year.
The Lady's Slip on Queen Street in Tramore specialises in high quality underwear, with a superior measuring service.
Opening during the most challenging time of the pandemic, Sandra and her sister Miriam took a risk and opened their shop.
Since then, their social media videos on the right-fitting underwear have been referenced in national media.
Speaking at last night's awards, Sandra said: 'It takes a village' to open a shop and to make it a success.
