The Taoiseach has met personally with the five directors of Quinn Industrial Holdings.
His visit follows what he's described as the 'barbaric' attack on Kevin Lunney and last week's joint investigations by Gardai and the PSNI.
Leo Varadkar said he wanted to assure the directors that their personal safety, and that of their employees, is being treated with the utmost seriousness at the top level of Government.
In response, Quinn Industrial Holdings said it welcomed the personal interest taken by the Taoiseach, in bringing to justice those responsible for the campaign of terror against its staff.
In a statement last night it said it was satisfied the necessary resources and resolve are now in place for an effective investigation.
Meanwhile, Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan says no one's above the law anywhere on the island of Ireland.
He says he has every confidence that Gardai and the PSNI are working together at historically close levels to prevent and investigate cross-border crime.
