Irish fashion retailer Swamp has closed its store in Waterford City, as well as its other premises across the country.
The company's announced that it's ceased trading with immediate effect.
It's understood the closure is due to the managing director's ill health and difficulties surrounding trading.
Swamp, which has been present in the country over the past 30 years, has stores in Waterford, Cork, Tralee, Limerick, Galway and Athlone.
It's understood up to 60 staff will be impacted by the decision to close its stores.
