Waterford City and County Council have installed some Halloween Eyes in the City Centre, to light up the trees tonight.

Lisa Grant Economic Development officer with the council explains the idea behind the spooky eyes.
"It was being planned for a number of weeks before we went into Level 5 so we had hoped that more people might be able to enjoy it but really it's just a little bit about animating our city centre.
"We're all about generating footfall we're in our city and county centres, but we felt in particular that this time of year is generally quieter anyway and we wanted to do something to support that."
