Two arrested for drug-driving following ‘road race’ in Waterford
Two young drivers have been arrested following what Gardai have described as a road race on a section of the N25 in Waterford earlier this morning.
The cars were detected to be travelling at 180km per hour in a 100km zone.
One driver tested positive on the roadside for cocaine – whilst the other tested positive for cannabis.
Both were arrested and have been charged to appear in court at a later date.
