Update 9.00 pm:
South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association have successfully rescued a sheepdog from a cliff at the back of Coumshingaun lake.
The dog was rounding up sheep when she fell 50 metres down the cliff.
SEMRA told WLR News that the incident had a happy ending and that both the dog and her owner are safe this evening.

Earlier:
South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association have been tasked to an incident in the Comeragh Mountains in Co Waterford.
It's believed to have happened in the Coumshingaun area.
The Waterford based Coast Guard helicopter Rescue 117 was on a training exercise in the area at around 4.00 pm when they were called to assist.
They moved SEMRA team members and their gear up the mountain.
The operation is still ongoing.
