Pope Francis taken to hospital for surgery

Pope Francis has gone to the hospital for surgery hours after doing his traditional greeting to the public in St Peter's Square.
The operation in Rome is to deal with a restriction of the large intestine.
It's not yet known when it'll take place but the Vatican says there'll be an announcement once it's complete.
