A 137 bed hotel, reduced retail space, apartments, town houses, a creche, cafe/restaurant area and and pocket parks.
These are just some of the features listed on an updated plan for the Michael Street Shopping Centre.
It will replace a previous one, which had received An Bord Pleanala approval in 2017.
It is believed the existing New Street Car Park will also be incorporated.

Labour's Seamus Ryan says these plans are quite different to the original.
Fianna Fail Councillor Eddie Mulligan says retails is significantly reduced to one quarter the size of the original proposal under one unit. He says there was "very little information provided" yesterday and he has asked for more.
Councillor Mulligan says he is concerned about the retail strategy and wants reassurance that this isn't a delaying tactic to justify the large amount of retail on the North Quays and reduced retail in the City Centre.
