Conditional planning permission has been granted for 89 homes in Waterford.
The development at Knockboy on the Dunmore Road consists of 57 houses and 32 apartments.
Waterford company Hollyhill Developments is behind the project.
It consists of 3-bed and 4-bed detached and semi-detached homes as well as 1-bed and 2-bed apartments.

It also includes a new entrance from the Dunmore Road and an addition pedestrian access point. Public lighting and footpaths will also be provided along the Dunmore Road.
