An application has been submitted for a new dental practice in Dungarvan.
Tomás Murray is seeking to change the use of 14 Grattan Square from a retail space to a dental practice.
Works include upgrades to the facade of the building, as well as internal works to provide a patient space.
The building is listed as a protected structure under the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage.
Several local councillors have raised concerns regarding wait times for people needing dental treatment in the town.
A decision is due back by August 29th.
