A man is in garda custody in Waterford city this evening after cash and cocaine were discovered this afternoon.
Gardaí seized approximately €5,600 worth of suspected cocaine and over €3,200 in cash during a search operation in a house in Waterford city.
It was conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in Waterford.
One male, aged in his 40s, was arrested and is currently detained in Waterford Garda Station.
