An ex-priest charged with possessing child pornography is due to appear before Waterford District Court tomorrow.
74-year-old Oliver O’Grady was brought before Dublin District Court on Saturday following his extradition from Portugal.
He was arrested under a European Arrest Warrant in the Algarve last month and held by authorities before being sent back to Ireland.
It's alleged the video was in his possession at an address in Co Waterford on a date in 2015.

The offence can carry a sentence of up to five years.
