No injuries following two vehicle collision between a car and a lorry in Waterford

Emergency services attended the scene of a crash between a lorry and a car near the Hypercentre on Morgan Street in Waterford this morning (Tuesday).

The incident occurred at approximately 10 o clock, when a car went under a delivery lorry.

Units of Waterford Fire Service and the National Ambulance Service, along with Gardáí, were called to the scene to assist.

However, WLR News understands that no injuries were sustained.

That stretch of road was closed for a time but reopened shortly before lunchtime.
