It's hoped that a new office space complex will open in Waterford City next year.
Riverspace overlooks John's River and is located on South Parade between the People's Park and Waterside.
It will be supported by a 2,500 square foot café.
Fewer, Harrington & Partners are the design team behind the project.

"The economy is now being powered by technology and we want to give people a space to express themselves.
"The great thing about places like this is that it empowers people irrespective of age, background or experience to participate fully in the new digital economy.
"We're hoping this will become one of the drivers in Waterford and will support people in relocating to Waterford."
Ronan Mulligan says initially they're going to commence with building the café, "There is an immediate demand for that, we would hope to build that as quickly as possible."
He says they're exploring the commercial side of the project now and will need partners to help finance it.
"We're looking at technology companies. There is a real market for companies, based in Dublin, that would like to have a presence here especially a lot of legal now that the court house is seeing a lot more activity.
"We'll explore relationships will all these companies and we will come to a final conclusion in the next three to four months.
"We would hope to be open, to invite people in to work in this space by early next year."
