A man has been killed in a road accident in West Waterford.
The single-vehicle collision took place in Dungarvan this afternoon.
Gardaí say it happened at around 3:30pm on the Shandon Road, between Fairlane Roundabout and Dungarvan Fire Station.
Officers say the incident involved an animal.
