The Lismore area has the lowest incidence rate Covid-19 in the country.
The incidence rate of the virus in the local electoral area is 46.6 per 100,000 people, with just 5 cases recorded in Lismore in the two weeks up until Monday (July 26th).
That's compared to the national incidence rate of 344 cases per 100,000 of the population.
The Tramore-Waterford City West LEA had the fifth-lowest rate of the virus in the country, with an incidence rate of 98.3 and 22 cases recorded over the two week period.
Waterford City East now how the highest incidence rate of the virus here at 221.9, with 51 cases recorded there over the past two weeks.
That is followed by the Portlaw-Kilmacthomas local electoral area who recorded 29 cases and an incidence rate of 169.4 per 100,000 people.
Waterford City South recorded 35 cases and has an incidence rate of 155.7, while the rate in Dungarvan continues to fall with 29 cases and an incidence rate of 141.5 recorded there over the same period.
