Lisa Smith will appear in court this morning after she was charged with being a member of a terrorist organisation last week.
The Dundalk native was arrested on her arrival back to Ireland from Turkey earlier this month.
She's accused of being a member of Islamic State on dates between October 28th, 2015 and December 1st, 2019.
She was refused bail and was moved from Mountjoy Prison to Limerick Prison, while her daughter is being cared for by relatives.
