Plans are submitted for a new 'Discount Foodstore Supermarket' on the Carrickphierish Road in Gracedieu, Waterford.
Plans submitted by Lidl Ireland GmbH request permission to build the supermarket on lands owned by William Neville & Sons Construction Unlimited Company.
It is proposed to construct a part-single, part-two-storey Discount Foodstore, with ancilliary off-licence use.
Additionally, an access road is proposed from Carrickphierish Road with a view to facilitating the future development of the surrounding lands.
