A man has been hospitalised with 'very serious' injuries following a collision in the Kinsalebeg area of West Waterford earlier today.
The collision happened at around 10.30am.
The man was the only person injured as a result of the collision and he is currently being treated for significant injuries.
The road has since closed to allow for a technical examination to take place.

Diversions are in place in both Kinsalebeg and on the main dual carriageway between Dungarvan and Youghal.
