An Garda Siochana have confirmed that investigations are continuing into the discovery of a woman's body at a property in Waterford City last weekend.
The body of a woman, aged in her late 20s, was discovered in a residential property on Alexander Street shortly before 1pm on Sunday January 12th.
A post-mortem examination has since taken place, the results of which are not being released for operational reasons.
Investigations are ongoing, however, WLR News understands investigating Gardaí are not treating the death as suspicious at this time.
