The total figure includes 4,170 children.
295 adults in the South East were registered as homeless on the week of February 25th.
In Waterford, 97 people were accessing emergency accommodation - an increase of 2 on January and 8 since December.
The number of people accessing emergency accommodation in Waterford is double that of those in Carlow, Kilkenny and Tipperary respectively.
72 adults were considered homeless in Wexford. Waterford now accounts for 33% of homeless adults in the South East.
