Conditional planning permission has been granted for a forty unit housing development in Dunmore East.
S & K Carey Limited had submitted an application to Waterford City and County Council seeking to construct forty dwelling units at Coxtown, Dunmore East.
The development consists of 4 two-bed terraced bungalows, 15 three-bed semi-detached bungalows, 19 three-bed semi-detached and terraced storey and half dwellings and 2 four bed semi-detached storey and half dwellings.
The plan includes all associated site development works and is subject to 24 conditions.
