The company behind the North Quays development say they are still working on their planning application.
Last month Falcon Real Estate Development said that, by the end of November, the application will be lodged.
That hasn't happened and today they issued a statement saying they are currently preparing an application for planning for the North Quays and Michael Street Developments.
The company say they intend to provide more specific details in the coming days.
Waterford City and County Council say they understand that the final documents in respect of the North Quays are being prepared for lodgement.
The Council says Falcon Real Estate will be publishing their Environmental Impact Assessment Report
notification early next week to commence the planning submission process and that full lodgement will be
completed within two weeks thereafter.
