Two units of the fire brigade are dealing with an extensive oil spill in Tramore this morning (Friday).
The spillage runs for more than 10 kilometres in both directions from around Tramore AFC, according to Munster Fire Control.
Fire tenders from Tramore and Dunmore East are washing the road to clean up the spill and motorists are advised to be careful in the area.
It's expected the incident will take all morning to deal with.
