An ex-priest charged with possessing child pornography has appeared before Waterford District Court.
74-year-old Oliver O’Grady was brought before Dublin District Court last Saturday following his extradition from Portugal.
He was arrested under a European Arrest Warrant in the Algarve last month and held by authorities before being sent back to Ireland.
It's alleged the video was in his possession at an address in Co Waterford on a date in 2015.

Garda Inspector Ray Dunne told the court that the book of evidence will be ready to be served in two weeks.
Judge Kevin Staunton remanded Mr O'Grady in custody in Cloverhill Prison until December 3rd.
