EU Commissioner Phil Hogan's published in detail the timeline of his activity while he was in Ireland.
It's after he was requested to do so by the President of the European Commission.
In the memorandum he states that to the best of his knowledge and ability he complied with public health regulations during his visit.

On on July 31 he filled in a Passenger Locator Form and travelled to his temporary residence in County Kildare.
He briefly returned after his medical procedures in Dublin on August 6th and after testing negative for Covid 19 ,before travelling to Kilkenny.
On August 12th he travelled to Dublin from Kilkenny for essential work .While on August 13th he played golf in Adare County limerick and returned to Kilkenny.
He goes on to confirm he travelled from Kilkenny to Galway via Kildare. The statement also confirms he returned to Kildare to collect his belongings on August 21st and stayed overnight before returning to Brussels.
Commissioner Hogan says that when he was in Kildare he was either moving through the county or momentarily there with a reasonable excuse.
To the best of his knowledge he states he believes he complied with public health regulations during the visit.
