Emergency services are at the scene of a collision on the outskirts of Waterford City this morning.
The incident - which is understood to involve a cyclist - happened at the Kingsmeadow Roundabout, near the RSC, shortly before 11 o'clock.
Gardaí and an ambulance are attending.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area for the time-being.
