UPDATE: The road has now reopened to traffic following an earlier two collision RTC.
The persons involved were treated at the scene and Gardaí in Waterford say there were no serious injuries.

There has been a road traffic collision in the Upper Grange area of Waterford city this afternoon.

Gardaí and the fire brigade are currently at the scene of the crash which happened close to St.Otteran's.
There are no reports of any injuries at present but the road is blocked and will remain so until around 5 o'clock.
Gardaí are advising motorists to avoid the area.
