Driver in Tramore parks in disabled bay to collect takeaway
A driver in Tramore has been fined a €150 fixed charge notice for parking in a disabled bay close to the prom.
The incident was spotted by the Waterford Divisional Roads Policing Unit while they were on patrol in the Waterford seaside town.
When questioned by Gardaí, the driver revealed they had parked in the bay to run to a nearby takeaway.

It transpired that the driver only parked there to run to a nearby takeaway !

Under Operation Enable, the driver was subsequently issued a €150 fixed charge notice.
