A Covid-19 testing centre is being set up at WIT Arena.
Waterford Institute of Technology says preparations for the facility have commenced in partnership with UPMC, under the direction of the HSE.
The institute says it's proud to be able to be part of the national response to the pandemic.
It's asking the public to stay away from WIT Arena to ensure patient confidentiality and public confidence in the process.

The facility will be the second Covid-19 test centre in Waterford.
A drive-thru testing centre is already operating in the city.
