The level of Covid-19 has increased in every local electoral area (LEA) in Waterford except one.
The latest release from the Department of Health shows that the majority of cases are concentrated in two areas of Waterford City. The figures for Lismore are included for the first time however, it continues to have one of the lowest rates in the country. Dungarvan is the only LEA which saw a drop in the number of cases this week.
Tramore, Waterford City West continues to have the highest number of cases.
There were 80 confirmed cases there in the two weeks up until midnight on Monday, 26th October. That's up from 58 the Monday before and gives an incidence rate of 357.6.
That area is closely followed by Waterford City South with 78 cases up from 42. Their incidence rate is 347.
They're the only two areas with incidence rates above the national average at the time of 307.6.
The number of cases in the Portlaw/Kilmacthomas area jumped from 19 to 29 to give an incidence rate of 169.4.
In Waterford City East, the rate is 152.3 after 35 cases were confirmed in the two weeks from the 13th to the 26th of October.
Dungarvan was the only area which saw a fall in the number of cases confirmed. The figure on Monday was 24, down from 31 a week previously.
For the first time, the number of cases in Lismore has been included, up to now, there were fewer than 5 cases recorded during each 14-day period. It has jumped to 7 and gives an incidence rate of 65.3.

For the third week in a row, Ballyjamesduff in Cavan has had the highest incidence rate in the country (1,484 per 100,000 population) after registering 383 new cases of the virus in the two weeks until Monday.
It's followed by Ratoath in Meath, which has a rate of 1,365, while one other area has a rate of more than a 1,000 - which is Galway City Central.
A number of Local Electoral Areas have 14-day incidence rates of more than 700, including Conamara South in Galway, Gorey in Wexford, Sligo-Strandhill, Maynooth in Kildare, Ashbourne in Meath, as well as the Cavan-Belturbet constituency.
The area with the highest rate in Cork is the South-Central part of the city with a rate of 625.
While in Dublin, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart has a rate of more than 400.
This week is the first since the data has been compiled that no local electoral area has a rate of fewer than five cases over a fortnight per 100,000 people.
The areas with the lowest rates include Nenagh in Tipperary, Corca Dhuibhne in Kerry and Lismore in Waterford.
