The 14-day incidence rate of Covid-19 in Waterford has dropped considerably.
The incidence per 100,000 population is now 67.1, that's down from a high of 98.1 last week.
According to the Health Protection Surveillance Centre, 78 cases of Covid-19 were diagnosed in Waterford in the two weeks up until midnight on Saturday.
That's in stark contrast to places like Donegal, Dublin and Cork.
In Donegal, the rate has now reached 185.3, they've had 295 cases over the last fortnight.
2,060 cases have been confirmed in Dublin during that time to give a rate of 152.9.
The rate is also rising steadily in Cork, they've had 295 cases over the last two weeks and their incidence rate is now 62.1.
