A further 13 people with COVID-19 have died in the Republic of Ireland.
There have now been a total 1,604 COVID-19 related deaths in Ireland.
The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has also been notified of 76 confirmed cases of COVID-19. There is now a total of 24,582 confirmed cases of COVID-19 here.
The data from midnight on Thursday shows an additional case for Waterford, it brings the total across the city and county to 149 since the outbreak began.
Waterford continues to have the lowest number of cases in the South East. Carlow - where the population is half that of Waterford - has 151 cases.
Kilkenny now has 319 cases, a daily increase of three. In Wexford the figure is 217 - the same as yesterday. In Tipperary, it's 528.
Dublin has the highest number of cases at 11,830 (48% of all cases) followed by Cork with 1,420 cases (6%) and then Kildare with 1,387 cases (6%).
