Gardaí have put a range of valuable jewellery on display in the hopes that the items are returned to their rightful owners. The pieces are collectively valued at more than €165,000 and include watches, pendants, diamonds, earrings, cufflinks and more.
Pieces thought to have been stolen across the country
Gardai say the pieces were recovered from burglaries which took place nationwide, but the items were recovered from a home in the Tallaght area of County Dublin. The discovery was made during a number of operations carried out by the Divisional Crime Task Force in the South Dublin Metropolitan region.
What to do if you think a piece is yours?
Gardai are asking people to view the items online, through the Garda website, or through the official Garda social media channels. If you think something belongs to you, you can contact the Gardai at Crumlin Garda Station in Dublin, on 01 6666200.
