The Waterford City Fire Service has dealt with several scrapped cars on fire this afternoon.
It happened on the Killure Road near St John's Park.
The three cars were on the back of a truck at the time when the fire broke out.
There were no injuries in the incident.

The road is currently closed to traffic.
Gardai are treating it as an accident. They remain at the scene with the fire service.
