The Taoiseach and Finance Minister have pledged that today's Budget will include a focus on investment in public services and infrastructure.
Increases in some social welfare payments, a cut in the USC, the retention of the Help to Buy scheme and changes in income tax bands are among the measures expected to be announced by Paschal Donohoe.
