The body of a man has been recovered from a beach in Co. Cork.
It's reported that the young man fell 20 metres into a blowhole from cliffs near Garretstown beach.
The 22-year-old was camping with a group overnight and his 23-year-old friend who came to his aid has been taken to hospital and being treated for hypothermia.
The alarm was raised at around 11:30 last night and volunteers from the Old Head/Seven Heads Coast Guard Unit, Gardaí, local divers and ambulance personnel were among those at the scene.
His body has been removed to Cork University Hospital where a post mortem will take place.
