Emergency services are at the scene of a hit-and-run incident in Ballybricken this afternoon.
It's believed a male pedestrian has been struck by a car, which drove off from the scene having failed to stop.
The extent of his injuries are not yet known.
Gardai and an ambulance unit are on scene and motorists are being advised to avoid the area if possible.
