As reported by The Irish Times, Maria Keenan, a member of the Treacy family is due to ask the High Court on Tuesday to order the contract to sell be rendered valid, or alternatively, that damages are paid.
Ms. Keenan's claims were dismissed in 2019 by the High Court, however the Court of Appeal last year decided her case should be heard.
