An application has been submitted for a 54 home development in Waterford City.
Liam Neville Developments Ltd submitted the application to Waterford City and County Council on Tuesday of this week.
If granted, the development on the Williamstown Road in Waterford City will consist of 54 homes.
It will comprise of four two-storey two-bed terraced houses, twelve two-storey three-bed semi-detached houses, twenty two-storey three-bed terraced/end-of-terrace houses, and eighteen two-storey four-bed semi-detached houses.
A decision is expected on the application in mid-November.
