Tickets will go on sale next Friday for a three day festival in County Waterford.

All Together Now will take place at Curraghmore Estate near Portlaw over the August Bank Holiday Weekend.

It's being described as "a festival for like-minded people, music lovers, passionate performers, families, artists, musicians, creators, rebels, and refugees of a changing festival landscape."

There will be 10 stages including an alfresco crystal ballroom, Spiegeltent and various different hidden quirky gems with music, spoken word, comedy, theatre, debate, art and workshops.

The creative ideas encompassing this festival have been inspired by people, from Spraoi in Waterford, to Glastonbury, to as far as Lighting In The Bottle in California and Rainbow Serpent in Australia.

"Picture yourself in the sunny south east on the August Bank Holiday, wandering the woodlands and rolling lawns, enjoying an array of fantastic artists, strolling over King John’s Bridge, the oldest bridge in Ireland. Take shade under some of Ireland’s largest trees, relax on the tiered lawns or in the shadows of the original castle tower. Take a walk down tree lined avenues to see what surprises await you. Watch the sunset create a glow of colour from the 1754 Shell House, bedecked with exotic shells from the farthest flung corners of the earth.

"Music, art, friendship and camaraderie are the tenets by which All Together Now will adhere. 12 miles of stone walls enclose the grounds, creating a magic space for this 10,000 capacity event. The very nature of the grounds will allow you to be right in the midst of the action, or to take time out to relish in the surroundings.

"We are indebted to Lord and Lady Waterford for opening the grounds of the Curraghmore Estate to us all - the fabulous landscapes, the drama, the secret spots and hidden gems all lie in wait for you at All Together Now.
