A virtual festival of food kicks off in Waterford today.

The West Waterford Festival of Food has been forced to go online this year because of the pandemic and it’s now being called ‘Festival Spirit’.

This is festival director Lynne Swarbrigg’s first year in charge.

She says there’s been a great sense of community spirit to make sure it could go ahead;
