A motorist in Waterford has had two cars seized in three days for driving without a licence or insurance.
In the first incident on Monday the driver broke a red light in front of a garda traffic patrol car.
The vehicle was seized after it was discovered it had no NCT, tax or insurance.
Just two days later, the same driver passed the same garda patrol car in a different vehicle.
Despite attempting to hide, the motorist was recognised, and had that vehicle also seized for driving it again without licence or insurance.
Court proceedings will follow.
