UPDATE
A second man has appeared before Waterford District Court in connection with an assault in County Waterford last week.
The incident occurred in the Bayview area of Tramore, on the 16th of April in which three males aged in their 60s, 30s and 20s received non life threatening injuries.
The assault involved a knife and a dog.
All of the men were taken to University Hospital Waterford at the time.
A man in his 30's was charged with assault causing harm and appeared before Waterford District Court this morning.
He is the second person to have been charged in connection with this incident.
A man in his sixties was brought before the court on Monday.
Both were remanded with bail conditions and will appear before Waterford District Court on the 7th July.
EARLIER
A man is due to appear in court today charged in connection with an assault in Tramore last Thursday.
Gardaí investigating an assault incident that occurred in the Bayview area of Tramore, Co. Waterford, on the 16th of April last have charged a man aged in his 30's.
Three males aged in their 60's, 30's and 20's received non life threatening injuries following an assault by a man which involved a knife and a dog.
All of the men were taken to University Hospital Waterford at the time.
A man in his 30's has now been charged in relation to the incident and is due to appear before Waterford District Court today.
