The European Parliament is expected to approve the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement today.
This marks the final stage of the ratification process, ahead of the UK's exit from the bloc on Friday.
It is the latest step in ratifying the deal, after it was signed, by the heads of the European Commission and European Council last week.
The Constitutional Affairs Committee of the European Parliament has also agreed to recommend that the parliament approve the withdrawal terms.
MEPs voted in favour of a positive recommendation for the deal last Thursday - with 23 votes for, three against and no abstentions.
British MEPs will be able to participate in the vote on Wednesday, which is likely to be one of their last acts as rep representatives.
They will lose their seats on exit day.
