Found: Two dogs were found in Powerscourt

Found: Two dogs were found in Powerscourt on the Dunmore Road yesterday Saturday 19th August at 2pm. They are small Maltese/ Bicton Frise one going by the name of Teddy. Both have collars but no response to the phone number on the collars.
