A new campaign is being launched to make us think about what we're flushing down the toilet.
Irish Water and Clean Coasts have compiled a list of items that SHOULD NOT be flushed as they can cause major blockages. The list is called the 'dirty dozen' and includes things such as wet wipes, cotton pads, dental floss, cotton buds and more!
We're also being warned about the dangers of pouring grease, oil and fat down our kitchen sinks!
The Think Before You Pour campaign is operated by @CleanCoasts in partnership with Irish Water. Follow our tips and protect your pipes and drains at https://t.co/EVYSZLw4PB pic.twitter.com/V2tgE6GGLu
