As part of the Learning Waves "TY Media Week" programme, we were joined by 13 transition year students from schools stretching from Dungarvan to New Ross.  As part of their busy schedule, they made a 45 minute, three-part radio documentary, entitled Young People in Ireland Today, which covered many topics from fast fashion to music, to young people in politics and whether or not the voting age should be changed.

All the tutors in WLR were blown away by the hard work, enthusiasm and flair of the TY students as they set about the task of making their show. The end result is below, take a listen...
